PCF Sparkletots has come a long way since our founding in the 1960s, evolving from a small preschool provider to the largest operator with more than 300 centres islandwide, providing high standards of care and education. PCF Sparkle Care offers an integrated eldercare facility. The Senior Care Centre provides centre-based community care services for seniors who are physically frail and need supervision during the day while their loved ones are at work.
